Removing an air vent

Step 1: Loop a thick wire in the vent if you dont want the ball
scratched, otherwise pliers work great.

Step 2: Insert a credit card or similar plastic object as shown
until you "pop" the clip at 9 o clock and 3 o clock

Step 3: Pull!! and the vent ball will come out.

Step 4: If your are installing the boost gauge and need the trim
ring, just pop it off, if the clips break it wont hinder the install
of the boost gauge.
